Is it wrong to speak non-standard English dialects, when people have a standard English language?

There are many different non-standard English dialects, like Australian dialect, Creole dialect, Cockney dialect, Scottish dialect, and so on. In everyday life, people prefer not stick to the rules of standard English, which creates differences between the standard and non-standard communication. From one side, it is bad that people do not pay attention to the rules of the Standard English because it is vital when you want to pass exams well or have a business. There are many cases when standard language is a necessity. However, it is also vital to understand that language depends on people, and people want to speak the way they feel it without thinking about rules. If to take into consideration that about 90% of people in most of the situations prefer to use non-standard dialects, it becomes obvious that standard English is one more variant of the English dialect. It is up to people to decide what language to speak.
